Michelle Lockman is a licensed interior architectural designer, who’s been in the industry for over 28 years, specializing in interior space planning and construction documents.  She has extensive experience providing architectural and design services, ranging from the initial programming of projects through build out and occupancy.

Michelle has worked on a variety of projects ranging in size from 500 sq. feet to more than 500,000 sq. feet for retail, corporate and residential clients.  She has helped clients, building owners, building managers and tenants identify their space needs and provided solutions to maximize their space while accommodating their current as well as future needs.  She creates spaces that incorporate sustainable design, current innovations and human factors vital to a productive and happy environment.

Her working philosophy, attention to details and knowledge of the industry has resulted in her partnering with many architectural firms, contractors and property management companies in Kansas City.  She’s assisted them with not only small tasks, but with the management and production of their full projects or as a member of their design team. 

As well as being a licensed designer with the state of Missouri, Michelle is an AIA associate member, is LEED AP certified, and is a registered WBE minority business in Kansas City, MO
