Cynthia Blair works with KCD in several capacities as she has decades of experience in Office Management, Sales, Training and Event Planning.  Cynthia graduated in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Park University in Parkville, MO.  She loves helping non-profit organizations plan their fundraising events and runs her own event planning agency, Influence Change Event Planning, LLC.  Cynthia handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, and human resources for KCD.
